Katie Has Style

Katie has been a resident of Larchmont for 26 years, and went into the Real Estate business in 1994. She is a Licensed Associate Broker, Certified Buyers Representative, Luxury Home Marketing Expert, and Distressed Property Specialist.. Her breadth of experience enables her to seamlessly represent the broad spectrum of properties ranging from a small rental to a multi million dollar luxury property. She has full knowledge of the local waterfront market.

Throughout her career she has won numerous achievement awards as a top producer. She continually outperforms her competitors. She prides herself on her candor and cutting edge market knowledge. She uses her negotiating skills to achieve the best price and terms for her clients. She gets the job done! The cornerstone of her business is the real care she has for doing the very best for satisfied clients. Their repeat business and personal referrals have enabled Katie to build a very successful business. Each client is important to her. Katie is most proud of the loyalty and respect she has earned.

(Her Bachelors of Art degree has been an enormous asset) Staging homes is a service she offers her clients at no additional expense. As a result, her listings sell, and for the highest price! When buying.....her ability to envision space allows her clients to understand how a prospective home can work for them.

Katie has a good working knowledge of the local public schools, Jewish Day Schools, and private school alternatives as well. Currently, she is on the board of The Carlshire, a co-operative building in Larchmont, where she resides. Katie is a member of the Westchester Jewish Center where she has served as a trustee, and chaired numerous educational and fund raising functions. She has served on the local board of UJA. She's a member of Brandeis, Hadassah, and the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. She holds a membership at the Whitney Museum the Bronx Botanical Gardens, and Hampshire Country Club. She has one son named Ben. He has gone into the Real Estate business also.
