Katie is a member of the Westchester Jewish Center where she has served as a trustee and chaired numerous educational and fund-raising functions. She has served on the local board of UJA. She's a member of Brandeis, Hadassah, and the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. She holds a membership at the Whitney Museum and Bronx Botanical Gardens. She has one son named Ben, who is married to Emma. Elle and Finn are her adored grandchildren! Ben carries on the family business as a Commercial Real Estate Developer.
